  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Thinly slice the potatoes and layer half in the baking dish.
  4. In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika; simmer.
  5. Pour half the cream mixture over the potato layer.
  6. Add chopped turkey bacon and half the cheese, then layer the remaining potatoes.
  7. Pour the remaining cream mixture over potatoes and top with remaining cheese.
  8. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden and bubbly.
