- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same pot, brown the ground turkey, adding garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Add the diced tomatoes and chicken broth, bringing to a boil.
