  • 1 pound steak bites
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Remove steak from the skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Return steak bites to the skillet and mix until coated in the sauce.
  8. Cook the turkey bacon separately until crispy, then crumble on top before serving.
