  • 2 cups leftover mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
  3. Use a spoon or your hands to form the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
