1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
Use a spoon or your hands to form the mixture into small balls and place them on the baking sheet.
