Crispy Baked Potato Wedges

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Arrange the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
  7. In the last 5 minutes of baking, add the turkey bacon on top for added flavor.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for 30 minutes before baking.
