Crispy Baked Tofu and Veggie Dippers

A delightful combination of crispy baked tofu served with fresh vegetable dippers.

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup cucumber sticks
  • 1 cup bell pepper strips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, cornstarch, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Toss the tofu cubes in the mixture until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  6. While the tofu is baking, prepare the vegetable dippers.
  7. Serve the crispy tofu with the fresh veggies.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, marinate the tofu for about 30 minutes before baking.
