- 2 pounds baby potatoes
 
- 4 strips turkey bacon
 
- 1/4 cup olive oil
 
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
