- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Grate the zucchinis and place them in a clean kitchen towel; squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchinis, salt, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, black pepper, and turkey bacon; mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
