- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot.
- Pour in the chicken broth and add the carrots, celery, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, drop biscuit dough on top of the chicken mixture.
- Cover and cook until the biscuits are cooked through.
