  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups biscuit dough (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add chicken broth, frozen vegetables, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Shred the chicken in the crockpot using two forks.
  5. Cut the biscuit dough into pieces and drop them into the mixture.
  6. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes until the dumplings are cooked through.
