  • 2 cups egg noodles

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Add chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper to the crockpot.
  2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  4. Add egg noodles and cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
