  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the crockpot.
  2. Add the beef broth, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, and bay leaves.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  4. Remove the beef, shred it with forks, and return it to the crockpot.
