Crockpot Zuppa Toscana

A comforting and delicious version of Zuppa Toscana made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups kale, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine turkey bacon, chicken ham, kale, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and potatoes.
  2. Stir in Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream.
  5. Serve hot.
