  • 1 head cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Steam the chopped cauliflower until tender, then mash it.
