  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil. Mix well.
  3. Add the eggs and beat until combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
