- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugars, and oil. Mix well.
