- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
