  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, half the cheese, enchilada sauce, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and some extra enchilada sauce.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the chicken mixture.
