  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, half of the cheese, onions, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up tightly.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
