- 6 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 1 cup heavy cream
