  • 1 pound beef roast
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 8 slider buns
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a pot, combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Cook the beef roast in the broth for about 4 hours or until tender.
  4. Remove the roast and slice thinly. Return to the broth to keep warm.
  5. Prepare slider buns by adding a slice of turkey bacon and some beef slices on each.
  6. Top with provolone cheese and place in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  7. Serve with the broth for dipping.
