- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until browned.
- Add half of the enchilada sauce to the beef mixture and stir.
- In each tortilla, place a portion of the beef mixture and some cheese, then roll and place in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
