Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper until browned.
  3. Add half of the enchilada sauce to the beef mixture and stir.
  4. In each tortilla, place a portion of the beef mixture and some cheese, then roll and place in a greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled tortillas and top with remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced onions or bell peppers to the beef mixture.
  • Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
