Easy Ground Beef Enchiladas

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups enchilada sauce
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onions until browned.
  3. Add garlic powder, cumin, and salt, mix well.
  4. Spread some enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Fill each tortilla with the beef mixture and roll them up.
  6. Place the rolled tortillas in the baking dish, seam side down.
  7. Pour the remaining enchilada sauce over the top and sprinkle with cheese.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add jalapeños or black beans to the filling.
