Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 package refrigerated pie crusts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place one pie crust in a pie dish and pour the chicken mixture into it.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust and cut slits for venting.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool slightly before serving.
