  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 ½ cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce to the beef. Stir until combined and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Lightly grease a muffin tin. Place a wonton wrapper in each cup.
  6. Layer with beef mixture, ricotta mixture, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
