Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

This Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole features turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a hearty yet healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, turkey bacon, chicken ham, broccoli, and half of the cheese.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
