1 pound chicken breast, cubed
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheese, preferably cheddar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, cooked turkey bacon, shredded cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
