Easy Low Carb Chicken Casserole

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, preferably cheddar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken, chopped broccoli, chopped cauliflower, cooked turkey bacon, shredded cheese, heavy cream, and spices. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the casserole is bubbly.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
