  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, green onions, and garlic.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil.
  4. Form the meat mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the sauce over the meatballs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with additional sauce if desired.

  • For added flavor, let the meatball mixture sit for 30 minutes before baking.
