Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add the mixed vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and lemon juice. Stir to combine.
