Easy Spaghetti Carbonara

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and cook turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and chicken ham, cooking until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Drain the spaghetti and combine with the turkey bacon mixture.
  6. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, allowing it to cook slightly.
