Easy Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells

A delicious and easy recipe for spinach and ricotta stuffed shells, perfect for the family!

Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the shells and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Great for meal prep; can be made ahead and frozen.
