- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup spinach, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce at the bottom of a baking dish.
- Arrange the stuffed shells in the dish and top with the remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can add more vegetables to the filling, such as mushrooms or bell peppers.
- These stuffed shells can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
