- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup peas and carrots
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
