- 200 grams enoki mushrooms
- 100 grams vermicelli noodles
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- Soak the vermicelli noodles in hot water for about 10 minutes or until soft, then drain.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the enoki mushrooms and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender.
