  • 6 slices bread
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Take a slice of bread, flatten it with a rolling pin, and place a slice of chicken ham and some turkey bacon on top.
  4. Roll up the bread tightly and dip it into the egg mixture.
  5. In the skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Cook the roll-ups until golden brown on all sides.
  7. Serve with syrup or your choice of toppings.
