  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and sear until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add the rice and stir for a few minutes.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme, mixing well.
