- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup rice
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
