Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of the lobster tails lengthwise.
  3. Gently pull the meat out of the shell and lay it on top.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the garlic butter mixture onto the lobster meat.
  6. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
