- 1 pound mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
