4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush chicken breasts with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Grill chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
During the last few minutes of grilling, top each chicken breast with sliced mozzarella and tomatoes.
Close the lid and cook until the cheese is melted.
