Grilled Salmon Mango Salsa

A delicious recipe combining juicy grilled salmon with fresh mango salsa for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 jalapeño, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, lime juice, jalapeño, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the salmon for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  5. Serve salmon topped with mango salsa.
