- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 medium zucchinis, grated
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, grated zucchini, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
