Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwiches

  • 4 large croissants
  • 8 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 ounces Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half.
  4. Layer slices of ham and Swiss cheese inside the croissants.
  5. Place the croissants on a baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and serve warm.
