These brownies are a delicious way to incorporate cottage cheese into your diet while satisfying your sweet tooth.

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased brownie pan.
