Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the garlic, ginger, bell peppers, and broccoli. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Add the soy sauce and sesame oil. Stir well.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Make sure not to overcook the shrimp to maintain its tenderness.
