1 pound ground beef
1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup onion, diced
1/4 cup celery, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 egg
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, chopped turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, celery, garlic, egg, thyme, sage, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned.
