- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, and ginger.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Stir into the drippings in the baking dish and let simmer until thickened.
- Serve chicken with the sauce, topped with green onions.
