Honey Rosemary Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cups brewed black tea, chilled
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of dried rosemary and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the rosemary water and stir in 1/2 cup of honey until dissolved.
  4. Combine the rosemary honey mixture with 4 cups of chilled black tea in a pitcher.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.

Notes

  • For stronger flavor, steep the rosemary for longer.
  • Can use fresh rosemary instead of dried.
