- 2 cups tater tots
- 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Grease a muffin tin and layer the tater tots at the bottom of each cup.
- Divide the cooked bacon and cheese evenly among the muffin cups.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots and fillings until just full.
