  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to create triangles and seal the edges.
  6. Brush the top of each pastry with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
