Italian Drunken Noodles

Experience a delightful twist on traditional drunken noodles with this Italian-inspired version featuring turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté bell pepper and garlic until softened.
  4. Add spaghetti, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, and bacon back into the skillet. Toss to combine.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
