Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C) and prepare a round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and milk until smooth.
  3. Separate the egg yolks and whites; add yolks to the mixture.
  4. Stir in lemon juice, flour, and cornstarch until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the egg whites into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool and serve.

Notes

  • For a lighter texture, be gentle when folding in the egg whites.
  • Best served chilled after cooling.
